For automatic depalletising in areas with the highest hygiene requirements. The energy-consuming manual emptying of bagged goods can be handled by the automatic depalletising system. Special attention has been paid to
easy cleaning of the system. The system can handle a high variance of bags without manual adjustments.
The operator manually removes the stretch film from the bag pallet, scans the product via barcode and places the pallet on the designated storage space. The automatic emptying process can then be started. The 3D camera system detects the top layer of sacks and extracts the geometry and position data for the individual sacks. These coordinates are transferred to the robot controller. Intermediate layers inserted to improve the stability of the pallet are also detected and deposited by the robot at a separate collection point. The operating personnel can manually trace if a bag was not automatically detected, thus generating training data for the AI camera system. The manually detected bags are also emptied automatically after they have been marked. The vacuum gripper lifts the bags from the pallet onto the SE25Ex bag emptier. Via a sack feed, the sacks are moved into the housing and opened by a circular knife. At the emptying position, the sacks are completely emptied into a collecting container. The empty sacks are conveyed by a screw conveyor into a discharge chute and compacted and tied by a connected baling press for disposal.
