How it works

After the liquid component has been filled into the mixing vessel, the dry ingredients, dosed according to formula and set weight, are fed in from below one after another. To achieve optimum distribution of the dry substances in the liquid, a vacuum pump generates vacuum in the vessel. Similar to a sound wave, the vacuum spreads through the liquid and via the conveying line to the product pickup stations for the dry ingredients like bags, big bags, octabins or silos. Here the dry ingredients are sucked into the conveying line and thus reach the mixing vessel by subsurface transfer. The vacuum causes the dry substances to literally stream vertically upwards into the liquid and, with the aid of the high-intensity agitator, become suspended in a particularly fine and even form. Concurrently, the required conveying air is cleaned and reaches the vacuum generator via a primary filter, which blows it out. The primary filter further prevents that liquid vapours loaded with dust enter the vacuum pump.
