Low-dust production and the precise weighing and composition of batches are the indispensable basis for the production of environmentally friendly paints and varnishes. AZO DOSITAINER

The AZO DOSITAINER® is a container with an integrated dosing screw. It is an ideal transport and storage bin for bulk solids at medium throughput. As a mobile storage container that can be automated, it is also used in automatic processing plants. The integrated dosing screw makes it possible to dose accurately into automatic weighing processes. The bulk solids are emptied from the AZO DOSITAINER® by means of a discharge base. This AZO DOSITAINER® and the discharge base are designed to be suitable for dusts with a minimum ignition energy of 1mJ ≤ MIE < 3mJ.

AZO DOSITAINER®

AZODOS® is the perfect solution for volumetric dosing or gravimetric feeding of powdered raw materials in weighing and processing operations. It can be used to feed production processes with a uniform mass flow in the coarse/fine flow. Supplemented by a weighing device, processing processes can be fed gravimetrically. The AZODOS® can be used as a negative weigher to dose very small quantities into the downstream system with gram accuracy.

AZODOS® - continuous dosing of powdery products

AZO big bag emptying stations enable the low-dust emptying of big bags and the safe feeding of products into the closed production plant. To become even more efficient and cost-effective, AZO has developed a modular concept for a big bag emptying station. Depending on the requirements, the necessary components such as frame, traverse, chain hoist, discharge support, big bag connection system, buffer container and discharge unit can be selected from a "modular system".

Discharge station for big bags

AZO cyclone screeners combine operationally safe technology with high performance and easy maintenance and cleaning. The new AZO production control system Kastor ACAS offers an intuitive solution for controlling AZO plants. Based on the latest technical standards, we have developed an innovative system consisting of MES, batch and visualisation functions and implemented a completely new operating concept.
