General Terms and Conditions and Conditions of Participation for AZO TechFusion 2024 and the associated raffle organised by AZO GmbH & Co:
Scope of application
The following General Terms and Conditions govern participation in the "AZO TechFusion 2024" event and the associated raffle organised by AZO GmbH & Co. KG (hereinafter referred to as "AZO").
Conditions of participation
Participation in the event is only open to persons who have registered for the event by 10 September 2024 at the latest by completing the registration form or by contacting the AZO GmbH & Co. KG contact persons directly. The raffle as part of the event is only open to people who have registered for the event and taken part in at least one of the two days.
Data protection
AZO undertakes to treat all personal data collected as part of the event and the raffle in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The personal data collected will be used exclusively for the organisation of the event and the competition and will not be passed on to third parties.
Participation period
The event and the associated raffle will take place on 17 and 18 September 2024
Prize
The company prizes specified by AZO will be raffled off among all eligible participants in the survey. The exact prizes and the number of prizes to be raffled will be announced during the event.
Determination and notification of winners
The winners will be selected at random and notified by email or telephone by 30 September 2024 at the latest.
Claims to prizes
There is no entitlement to payment of the prize or exchange. The prize is non-transferable.
Modification and cancellation
AZO reserves the right to change, suspend or prematurely terminate the event and the raffle at any time if this is necessary for operational or legal reasons.
Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. Should individual provisions of these GTC and conditions of participation be or become invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
By participating in the event and the raffle, the participant agrees to these General Terms and Conditions and Conditions of Participation. Legal recourse is excluded.
